Sartin Animal Care Clinic is managed by the wife of Dr. Ryan Sartin, Lindsey. In the past Lindsey has worked as a bank teller, loan originator and also office manager. She enjoys being at Sartin and her love for animals shows clearly as you can almost always find a furry creature in her office receiving some extra TLC! As the manager of Sartin Animal Care Clinic, Lindsey is a very active member of the Heber Springs Chamber of Commerce, and also an executive board member of the PTSO and AGATE organizations.
In her downtime Lindsey enjoys being with her family most. This includes not only her husband, Dr. Ryan, but also their two sons Jacob and Dylan. She has a variety of hobbies including gardening and tending to her flock of animals, which include dogs, cats, horses and chickens.
Office Manager and Financial Manager
Shannon is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi. She is affectionately known as our "Cat Lady" since she has several rescue cats at her home. She also has a daughter, Grace, and fiancé, Wayne. Shannon takes care of most day to day operations as well as assisting our clients on the phone or in person with financial concerns. She is an avid animal lover and makes sure that our client's and pet's needs are always met.
Amber’s experience with animals began at a young age, showing sheep with the FFA. She began working in the veterinary field at about 16 years old. She found her calling in life, working with animals and has been devoted ever since her first day. She has been working as a vet assistant for the last 13 years.
Amber is a busy woman who loves thrill rides, movies and loves to show her art talents off. She is a busy mother to two step children, Damon and Ariel, with husband Gabe and has 2 dogs and a cat. When not caring for a furry baby you can find Amber drinking a Dr. Pepper and enjoying a good book.
Being born and raised in Heber Springs, Kathy has a special love for the animals and their owners of the area. She has been taking care of our boarding guests for the last 9 years and has loved every moment. When not caring for our boarding guests or her cat Snookie, you can almost always count on Kathy reading a good book, bargain hunting at the flea market or catching up on her “soaps.”
Jessica is former EMT turned veterinary receptionist and assistant. She is always ready to assist our clients and patients whenever a need arises. Jessica is married with four human children and several more fur babies. Jessica is very kind-hearted and makes our clients and patients feel loved.
